How far in advance should you reserve a space?
It's important that we hear from you well in advance of your event. This ensures that the right venue is still available on your desired date and that we have sufficient time to work with you to develop the event concept, organize everything, and coordinate closely with you. We should hear from you at least eight weeks before your planned event.
Is there a shuttle service for our guests?
We can organize a shuttle service for you, using shared taxis, larger vans, or even private cars. No one has to drive home after a lively celebration if they don't want to. You can also accommodate a limited number of your guests at our hotel.
Are there enough parking spaces available?
Yes, there is ample parking available. There is space for a total of 20 vehicles on the east side of the hotel.
